TERMS & CONDITIONS
Before we begin our journey towards achieving your fitness goals, we would like to outline the terms and conditions.
1. All personal training sessions to be booked in advance and cancelled or rescheduled with a minimum of 24 hours' notice. Failure to do so shall be charged at the full hourly rate
2. All payments are due prior to the commencement of each session or package period.
3. You are required to inform us of any health issues or physical limitations before starting the training program. Certain conditions may require a doctors clearance to train letter.
4. Success in reaching your fitness goals requires dedication and hard work from both parties - yourself and us as your personal trainers.
5. Unless agreed otherwise, personal training sessions shall expire if left unused after 3 months of the first session.

8. Pricing may increase in line with inflation
9. We always care for each of our clients, providing a friendly atmosphere in which to train in. We expect the same to our team. If deemed in breach of this, sessions may be cancelled with no refund.
